4. Masked Communication System

CarPingg acts as an intermediary for communications. When a third party scans your QR code and attempts to contact you, their call or message is routed through our masked number system. Your personal phone number is never revealed to the caller or message sender. Similarly, when we contact you on behalf of a third party, you will see our masked number rather than the caller's number.

5. Third-Party Disputes and Communications

Important: CarPingg provides a communication bridge between individuals. When someone contacts you through our platform regarding an issue with your vehicle (such as a parking violation, accident, or emergency), the communication is conducted in good faith. The caller may be reaching out to inform you of:

• Your vehicle blocking another car or driveway
• A minor accident or fender-bender involving your vehicle
• An emergency situation requiring your immediate attention
• Any other legitimate concern related to your vehicle

By using CarPingg, you acknowledge that you may receive communications from strangers regarding issues with your vehicle, and you agree to handle such communications respectfully and in good faith.

6. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that:

• CarPingg is a communication routing service and does not intervene in, mediate, or resolve disputes between users and third parties
• We bear no responsibility for the content, tone, or intent of communications routed through our platform
• Any interaction between you and a third party is at your own discretion and risk
• We shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the service or your interactions with third parties
• You will not take any legal action against CarPingg, its founders, employees, or affiliates for any communications received through the platform

7. User Responsibilities

By using CarPingg, you agree to:

• Use the service responsibly and for its intended purpose of facilitating vehicle-related communications
• Not use the service to harass, threaten, or make false claims against any individual
• Ensure your QR code is displayed in accordance with local laws and regulations
• Accept that communications from third parties are part of the service and may not always be pleasant
• Indemnify and hold harmless CarPingg from any claims arising from your use of the service
